Family Support Service Provider of the Year - Lots for Tots Awards 2026

Your free 30-minute Sleep Rescue Call

Tell Laura what is happening, understand what may be driving it and explore whether one-to-one support is right for your family.

A helpful conversation, not a hard sell

The call is relaxed and no pressure. Laura will ask what sleep looks like at the moment, what you have already tried, your child’s age and temperament, and what you would ideally like to change.

If Laura thinks she can help, she will explain what support could look like. If something sounds medical or outside her role, she will signpost you appropriately.
