My One to One Support Package includes:
- Free Initial Consultation And In-Depth Sleep Assessment:
We’ll begin with a free call to talk through your child’s current sleep situation, your goals, and what support might look like. If you decide to move forward, we’ll then complete a detailed online assessment so I can fully understand your child’s sleep needs and tailor your plan accordingly. - Individualised Sleep Plan, Tailored to Your Child:
Based on everything we’ve discussed and the insights from your assessment, I’ll create a customised, evidence-based sleep plan designed specifically for your child’s age, temperament, and unique sleep needs. This plan will also reflect your parenting style and values—so it feels both manageable and right for your family. - Comprehensive Video Consultation to Review Your Plan:
Once your customised sleep plan is ready, we’ll schedule a video consultation to go over everything in detail. This is your opportunity to ask any questions, clarify steps, and ensure you feel confident and supported in moving forward. I’ll guide you through the plan and provide any adjustments needed to make sure it fits seamlessly into your family’s routine. - Personal Sleep Tracker:
You’ll have access to a live Google Document where you can track your child’s sleep patterns in real time. With this collaborative tool, we can track progress, address any issues, and ensure the plan continues to meet your child’s evolving needs. - 3 Weeks of Ongoing Support via WhatsApp or Email:
For three weeks, you’ll have access to continuous support via WhatsApp or email (Monday to Saturday 7am – 8pm). Whether you have questions, need reassurance, or want to make adjustments to the plan as you go, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way—ensuring your family feels confident and supported throughout the process. - 90 minute credit of Video or Voice Call Support
You will have 90 minutes of sleep support call credit to use over a 6 month period. I generally suggest two support calls at around 7 to 10 days and then another roughly 10 days later. These video or voice calls give us the opportunity to review your child’s sleep patterns in detail, discuss any worries or questions that may have come up, and make any necessary tweaks to the plan. I’ll be on hand to guide you, offer reassurance, and help ensure everything is moving in the right direction. You can use your call credit however you wish over the 6 month period, allowing you to really feel happy and confident with your child’s sleep.
- Free eBook: Naps, Routines and Sleep Solutions:
As part of your plan, you’ll receive a free eBook that covers essential topics like naps, routines, and managing transitions. This resource will help you navigate key milestones as your child grows, and offer guidance through changes in your family, such as moving to a new home or starting nursery, so you’re always prepared for what’s next.
